  • Personal data processed in relation to a client's matter is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years after the conclusion of the relevant matter, in accordance with professional conduct requirements
  • Financial records are retained for the period required under the Finance Act and the Nigeria Tax Act 2025
  • Marketing and newsletter subscription data is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe
  • Website usage data is retained in accordance with our cookie policy

When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
